OWNER REVIEW

Policies, before launch.

Drafts — not effective customer policies. These describe proposed processes from the product overview. Business details and applicable requirements must be reviewed before adoption. Bookings are not open.

Terms of service — working draft

ZIPLOGG is intended to arrange eligible luggage and package shipments through available carrier services. Customers provide accurate shipment details and review the confirmed price, service and shipping instructions before booking. Service availability and delivery estimates must come from verified carrier information.

Submitting details in this preview does not create a booking, payment obligation or shipping label.

To finalize: legal business name and address, operating countries, service responsibilities, pricing adjustments, cancellation rules, claims process, liability terms and effective date.

Privacy notice — working draft

The personal and business planners hold entered information in page memory unless explicitly stated otherwise. On the account page, sign-in details are processed by Supabase. Saved shipment notes are stored in our Supabase project in Canada (Central), linked to your account, and remain until deleted. Supabase manages passwords; ZIPLOGG does not store readable passwords. Your browser retains a login session until you sign out or the session expires. Hosting, Supabase and external font services may process technical request information. Do not enter payment details or sensitive identity documents in shipment notes.

The planned booking service would use contact details, addresses, package descriptions and transaction references to arrange shipments and provide support. Production data handling must be documented before these connections are enabled.

Privacy and account-data requests: operations@ziplogg.com. To finalize: responsible legal business, complete processor list, purposes and applicable bases for processing, retention periods, request handling, cookies and international data handling. Do not treat this draft as a completed privacy disclosure.

Cancellations and refunds — working draft

Proposed workflow: a customer submits a request with an order reference and reason; staff review the shipment and payment state; finance approves any refund before it is processed. No automatic refund is promised.

Cancellation and refund status will be recorded separately from shipment status. A request alone does not confirm cancellation or repayment.

To finalize: eligibility, cancellation cutoffs, label and carrier charges, any service fees, refund timing, request channel and exceptions. No invented deadlines or fees have been added.

Prohibited and restricted contents — working draft

Every package requires a contents declaration. Acceptance must be checked against the selected carrier, service, origin and destination. Items needing additional review must not be treated as approved simply because a form accepts them.

The preview asks about batteries, liquids and other special contents to identify review needs. It is not a complete restricted-items list or an eligibility screening system.

To finalize: verified rules for supported carriers and routes, clear refusal criteria, a review process and the customer instructions for restricted items.

International shipping — working draft

International shipments are planned to collect descriptions, quantities, declared values, country of manufacture and shipment purpose. Staff may request further documentation before label creation. Service availability, customs requirements and charges must be verified for the actual shipment.

To finalize: supported routes, duties and taxes responsibilities, customs review process, tariff classification workflow and handling of delays or returns.
